Huntershill Track Session Mon 14th Oct 2019
18:45 at Huntershill Sport Hub front door entrance for 7pm sharp on the track. Using the International Association of Athletics Federations compliant six-lane track, these group running sessions are aimed at development of aerobic endurance and strength with sessions grouped into four week blocks. They are open to all abilities and tailored accordingly.
You will need:
Running shorts / leggings and t-shirt/vest
Waterproof (if it's wet)

Just as you enter Bishopbriggs (from the city, just take a right off the A803 on to Auchinairn Rd). Its near to Stobhill hospital. There is ample parking and covered bike racking.
